SALARIS has established its Company Quality Policy with reference to its "mission", "vision" and "values" and, through a constant focus on continuous improvement of its business processes, pursues the achievement of its own success and customer satisfaction.
SALARIS's primary objective is to provide the highest QUALITY services to its customers, suppliers and employees.
The primary objectives of SALARIS are:
- Offer a quality service in line with the needs expressed by the customer
- Carry out the service according to the agreements made
- Comply with current legislation
- Manage business processes with a view to effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring adequate communication with collaborators
- Offer logistics services that ensure the safety of customers' goods
The company objectives are pursued through the following activities:
- Understanding the customer's needs and informing the customer throughout the service delivery process
- Measure, evaluate and control quality performance to seek constant improvement of the service
- Provide adequate training and information to your collaborators in relation to the activities carried out
- Inform all stakeholders about your performance
- Maintain and continuously improve the company management system by involving company functions at various levels and defining measurable objectives.
The Management undertakes to disseminate its policy internally and to communicate it to all interested parties, reviewing it periodically to ensure its suitability for the company organisation.
